1. How ordering works
Browse the catalog, add what your research calls for, and check out – it takes under a minute. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and USDC.
Dispatch: order by 4PM ET and it ships the same day, 7 days a week. Orders placed after 4PM ET ship the next day.
Shipping: every order ships with full tracking, and your tracking number is emailed the day it ships. Standard shipping is $12 and takes 2-5 business days; expedited 2-3 day and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.

2. What arrives – and how it’s packed
Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box. There are no product names, logos, or company identification on the outside. The packing slip inside lists your order details with no medical or product descriptions.
Each compound is a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a small sealed glass vial. Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable at room temperature for the short duration of shipping, and we add cold protection when weather requires it.
Peptides ship as powder because it keeps them stable. Before laboratory use they are typically reconstituted with a suitable diluent – our reconstitution calculator does the volume math for you.
3. Storage and handling basics
Sealed vials: store in a freezer at -20°C, away from light and moisture. Stored properly, lyophilized peptides remain stable long-term.
After reconstitution: refrigerate at 4°C and use within 30 days.

4. If something goes wrong
Damaged or incorrect order: email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos – we’ll replace or refund.
Lost in transit: we reship or refund, your choice. You never need to chase the carrier yourself.
