Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Products that arrive damaged, broken, or compromised during shipping
- Incorrect products shipped (wrong compound or quantity)
- Unopened, intact products returned within 14 days of delivery
- Shipments lost in transit – see Lost or Stalled Shipments below
Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened or partially used products
- Products not reported within 48 hours of delivery (for damage claims)
- Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided by customer

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost or Stalled Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund – your choice. This applies once the carrier confirms the package as lost, or once tracking has shown no movement for 10 or more business days, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number. Orders placed before 4PM ET are dispatched the same day, 7 days a week; orders placed after 4PM ET ship the next day. Tracking is emailed the same day your order ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and our refund policy applies.
