International orders are dispatched on the same schedule as domestic orders, before 4PM ET, seven days a week, and ship with tracking. Transit windows are estimates and do not include time held by the destination country. Duties and import charges, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Both international rates are flat, so the price does not change with order size. Standard International is free on orders of $500 and above.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked corrugated boxes. There is no external branding, product names, or company identification on the outer packaging. The packing slip inside includes your order details but contains no medical or product descriptions.

Compounds are packed with appropriate cold protection to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short durations during shipping.

Card payments are charged at checkout and ship the same day, seven days a week, on orders placed before 4PM ET. Bitcoin, Zelle, Cash App and Venmo are paid by hand after checkout: the discount comes off your total the moment you pick the method, the exact amount and the destination appear on the confirmation screen and in your order email, and the order ships the same day we confirm the payment. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with seals intact.

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Note: Opened vials cannot be returned due to the research nature of the products. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will prioritize a resolution.
