Processing Time: Same-day dispatch, 7 days a week, on orders placed before 4PM ET. Orders placed after 4PM ET ship the next day.
Shipping: Every order ships with full tracking. Choose your speed at checkout.
Shipping Options: Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days) $12 | Expedited 2-3 Day $39 | Overnight $95 | Free on orders over $150
International: Standard International (10-20 Business Days) $40, free on orders over $500 | Express International (5-10 Business Days) $100
Payment: Visa and Mastercard at checkout, plus Bitcoin, Zelle, Cash App and Venmo.
All peptides are shipped as lyophilized powders in sealed research vials. Temperature-sensitive shipments include cold packs when required by weather conditions. Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Unopened products: Unopened, intact products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued upon receipt and inspection.
